The Clerk of Court’s Office is the repository for all filings of criminal records in the parish. Records of citations, indictments, arraignments, and dispositions of all criminal cases are maintained in the Clerk’s Office.
Criminal history searches are performed by this office when requested in writing. A fee of $10.00 per name is charged for this service. This is a search of public records only.
The Clerk of Court
does not accept payments for fines associated with criminal or traffic citations. For information regarding payment of fines, contact the Bienville Parish Sheriff’s Office at 318-263-2215.
