Jim Martin was elected Clerk of Court on
October 23rd, 1999 and took office July 1, 2000. He is the
third person to serve as Bienville Parish’s Clerk of Court
since 1939. He brings to the Clerk’s Office many years of experience
in public service. Jim served as Secretary-Treasurer of the Bienville Parish Police Jury from 1983 until taking office as Clerk.
