Passport Information

The Clerk's Office is a Passport Application Acceptance Agent. As such, we are authorized to assist persons in filing for a passport. We accept the passport application and payments and submit them for consideration by the State Department.

General Requirements for Passports:

In addition to the completed passport application, a person must have the following items:

Certified Copy of Birth Certificate (Will be returned with passport)

Photo Identification (Drivers License or other Picture I.D.)

Two 2" X 2" photos (From the bottom of the chin to the top of the head must be not less than 1" nor more than 1⅜" )

Fees:

$97.00 - For persons 16 and over
$82.00 - For persons under 16
$67.00 - For all Renewals
$60.00 - Expedite Fee
