SUMMARY: 10 YEAR, 23 MILLS TAX FOR EMPLOYEE
BENEFITS AND RETIREE INSURANCE.

Shall Parishwide School District of the Parish of Bienville, State of Louisiana (the “District”), levy a twenty-three (23) mills on all property subject to taxation in the District for a period of ten (10) years, beginning with the year 2002 and ending with the year 2011, for the payment of cost of employee benefits and retiree insurance?
